1. Let’s Talk About Your Account

When you sign up, keep your info real and up-to-date—like your name, shipping address, and contact details. This helps us get your dresses to you fast and avoid mix-ups! Your password’s your responsibility too—don’t share it with anyone. If you spot weird activity on your account, tell us right away.

2. Ordering Your Perfect Dress

Once you click “check out,” that’s your way of saying “I want this!” But we need to confirm a few things first: stock levels (popular dresses fly off the shelves!), correct pricing, and valid payment. We’ll send you an email to confirm your order—if we can’t fulfill it (super rare!), we’ll let you know immediately and refund any money you’ve paid.

3. What You Need to Know About Our Dresses

We take photos and write descriptions to show off every dress’s best side—colors, fabrics, sizes, all that good stuff. But sometimes screens can make colors look a little different, and sizes might have tiny differences (we list size charts—check ’em!). Also, heads up: we don’t do custom-made dresses, so all styles are as you see them online.

4. Payment & Shipping

We accept most major payment methods—safe and easy. Prices are in the listed currency, and you’ll see the total (including shipping) before you pay. Important note: No free shipping here, but we work with reliable couriers to get your dress to you as soon as possible. We’ll share a tracking number once your order ships!

5. Returns & Exchanges

We get it—sometimes a dress just doesn’t fit like a dream. You can send back unused dresses (tags still on, no stains or snags!) within 14 days of delivery. Just email us to start the process. We’ll refund you once we get the dress, but you’ll cover the return shipping cost. Sorry, we can’t exchange or refund dresses that’ve been worn, washed, or altered.

6. Our Stuff & Your Stuff

All our designs, photos, logos, and website stuff are ours—please don’t copy or use them without asking. On the flip side, when you share photos of our dresses (we love that!), you give us permission to repost them (we’ll always credit you if you want!).

7. Let’s Keep It Friendly

We reserve the right to update these terms sometimes—we’ll post the new version on the website. If something goes wrong (like a shipping delay from the courier), we’ll do our best to fix it, but we can’t be responsible for things outside our control.
