You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your package to start a return. We recommend checking your dress as soon as it arrives—this way, you’ve got plenty of time to decide if it’s a keeper.
2. What Counts as an Eligible Return?
To get your refund, your dress needs to be in “like-new” condition—think exactly how it arrived! Here’s the checklist:
- Tags are still attached (no snips or tears!)
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, or perfume
- No alterations (we know it’s tempting, but let’s keep it original)
- All original packaging (like the cute dust bag or box) is included
Heads up: Final sale items (marked clearly on the product page) can’t be returned—so shop those with confidence!
3. Step-by-Step: How to Start a Return
Returning is a breeze—just follow these 3 simple steps:

- Pack it up: Pop the dress back in its packaging (or a similar secure box) and attach any notes we send you.
- Send it off: Drop the package at a courier of your choice. Keep the tracking number—you’ll need it to follow its journey back to us!
4. Refund Details: When Will You Get Your Money?
Once we receive and check your return (usually 2-3 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we’ll process your refund right away. Here’s what to expect:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method—same card or account you used to order.
- It takes 3-7 business days for the money to show up, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- We don’t cover return shipping costs—sorry, babes! But we promise our refund process is fast to make up for it.
If you get a dress that’s torn, stained, or not what you ordered—we’re so sorry! This is super rare, but we’ll fix it ASAP. We’ll send you a free return label and either ship a replacement (if in stock) or process a full refund—including your original shipping cost.
