We’re all about spreading style worldwide! Whether you’re in New York, London, Tokyo, or right here in Hong Kong—we ship your dream dresses to almost every corner of the globe. A tiny handful of remote areas might have restrictions, so check your address at checkout to be sure.
2. Shipping Costs
Heads up, no free shipping here—but we keep our rates fair and transparent! The cost depends on three things: where you live, how much your order weighs, and the shipping speed you pick. You’ll see the exact shipping fee before you confirm payment, so there are no surprise charges. Phew!
3. Order Processing Time
We work fast to get your dresses out the door! After you place an order, our team will pack it up (with extra care, of course) within 1-3 business days. If you order a super popular style that’s flying off the shelves, we’ll email you right away to let you know if there’s a tiny delay.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your package ships, how long until it’s at your door? It varies by location—here’s a quick breakdown:
- Local Delivery: The delivery of Products to local addresses within the territory where the Company operates shall be completed within 2 to 5 business days from the date on which the Order is confirmed and the full payment is received by the Company. Business days here refer to regular working days excluding weekends and statutory public holidays.
- International Delivery: For orders shipped to addresses outside the aforesaid territory, the delivery period shall be 3 to 7 business days, calculated from the date of the Order’s dispatch from the Company’s warehouse. This timeframe excludes any delays arising from customs clearance procedures, international transportation disruptions, or force majeure events beyond the Company’s reasonable control. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its direct management.

5. Tracking Your Order

Oops, typed the wrong apartment number? Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of ordering—we’ll try to fix it. If your package is already on its way, we can’t redirect it, but we’ll help you work with the courier.

For international orders, customs fees or duties might apply—these are set by your country’s government, not us. We aren’t responsible for paying them, so you’ll need to cover any charges when your package arrives.
